During the period we were one of the most active banks financing real estate transactions in Poland. We closed 58 transactions with a financing volume exceeding EUR 1.1 bn. We assisted the clients in adopting towards the new challenging situation (pandemic, increasing construction costs, increasing interest rates). We continuously support our clients understanding the specific needs of different investors (local and international) and financing requirements of different asset classes.
