The design of the estate, inspired by the modernist movement, represents a style that is imbued with the architectural tradition of Gdynia, in an original, creative and modern interpretation. As is the case with modernism, the Portova investment’s form is the result of its function, with its design being born out of harmony between man and architecture. An important part of the inspiration involved while creating the project was not only simply choosing the location, but also analysing its potential and learning about its history. The designers relied heavily on their knowledge of the lifestyle, preferences and tastes of future residents. All this was translated into external architecture and interior design so that the tenants could feel as comfortable and at home as possible in their new space. This helped build a unique character and create a harmonious whole.

The Portova investment include ......two..: 5-stores and 17-stores dominant. The complex houses many green areas in the form of two internal courtyards and gardens that are part of the ground floor apartments, as well as greenery on the roof terrace.

The investment contains 271 flats and over 20 commercial premises. Furthermore, the views from the windows of the flats overlooking the sea, marina, city and the nearby Tri-City Landscape Park. The development has a number of practical amenities that make everyday life more interesting & comfortable
Innovations
A private relaxation zone is arranged for the residents of the estate, including a fitness room, saunas and a seating area. On the top is the observation deck. There is also a historic building on the plot, which has been revitalized and has been integrated into the investment.

The Portova investment has been designed and constructed in accordance with environmental protection rules and regulations. Techniques optimising thermal insulation have been introduced, for example in windows with improved insulation parameters and walls made of high-class materials that meet rigorous parameters.
