Bartosz Prytuła joined WSRE in 2005 as Investment Manager, being responsible for sourcing, evaluating and executing third party debt financing, as well as equity procurement. Over the years Bartek assumed increasing levels of responsibility and became a Managing Partner. Prior to joining WSRE, Bartek spent 4 years at Morgan Keegan, where he worked in the investment banking division. He graduated magna cum laude from Washington College (MA) with a B.A. in Economics and Business Administration.

1. The Park Warsaw – buildings 8-12
2. The Park Kraków, located in Kraków Podgórze district, right on the border of the Zabłocie business area. The Park Kraków is a self-sufficient, campus-style project comprising 8 A-class office buildings with total area of ca. 100,000 sqm. Completion of works for the first building in the Park Kraków was in 2022 (12 000 sqm).
