Sapek graduated in marketing and management from the University of Economics in Katowice. He also holds a postgraduate diploma in logistics management from the Warsaw School of Economics and is a chartered surveyor (FRICS)

Sapek has 25 years of experience in real estate and project management. He was formerly at Segro Poland, where he was business development director for Central and Eastern Europe. Before joining Segro, he worked at Ove Arup & Partners, the multinational professional services firm, and Washington Group.
Biggest business achievements, especially those made last year
Sapek turned out to be a leader in difficult times. In the event of a pandemic or war in Ukraine, i.e. uncertainty, stress and working mainly remotely, he was able to take care of employees, customers and business. Focused and calm, he implemented, together with his team, employee support programs. He saw problems, looked for solutions and implemented them. Effects: motivated and constant team, innovative projects implemented for clients, and constant stable business growth in all CE markets. Resulted in winning the Ethical Company of the Year title for two years in a row. Prologis. as the only company in the industry received the prestigious Great Place to Work award. Other titles including: Reliable Employer of the Year 2021 & Friendly Workplace 2021.
