The CEO Jarosław Szczupak is a graduate of the University of Economics in Poznań, where he graduated in 1997 with a degree in Enterprise Management at the Faculty of Economics. He started working for ALSTAL in 1996. In 2016 he took over 100% of shares in the company and assumed the position of the President of the Management Board of ALSTAL Grupa Budowlana, which he holds to this day. He is constantly developing his company. The best example being the profit reports, which are growing ever year.

The main ALSTAL's clients are public sector institutions: cities, districts, as well as colleges and universities and hospitals subject to the National Health Fund. In the private sector ALSTAL company cooperates with companies such as Adamed Pharma S.A., Leroy Merlin, and other numerous developers.

Projects in the pipeline
Our clients require confidentiality and therefore we cannot disclose which investments we will launch in the near future. Certainly there will be several, or even more than a dozen, as we are currently in the process of advanced discussions. All of our six branches have their own sales departments, which deal with acquiring new customers/investors and participating in tenders. Additionally, our company has decided to invest in Renewable Energy Projects and the investments will soon start. Currently we are in the process of acquiring land and necessary permits.

Year after year, the company implements several investments in Poland, whose value reaches even PLN 350 million. With full responsibility we provide services to support the development of Polish society so that each of us could live better and safer. We carry out many demanding construction projects which serve the public utility such as hospitals and medical centers. Many of them are equipped with professional life-saving equipment. ALSTAL is constantly developing and expanding its horizons, among others by creating new branches and starting activities in Renewable Energy Sources. The overriding value of ALSTAL is to provide security and partnership relations to investors, subcontractors, suppliers and employees, who form the strength of the organization.
