Mercure Kraków Stare Miasto hotel is located in the city center. The hotel is located just opposite to the Kraków Główny Railway Station and 100 meters from Planty Park and the Old Town. Main theme of the hotel is around Kings and Queens of Jagiellonian Dynasty; it refers also to the Wawel Castle architecture and décor. Modern interpretation of its motifs can be seen in the Interior design, made by Kaczmarek Studio. Materials and furniture came to Mercure Kraków Stare Miasto hotel from around the world but main supplies were from Polish local market. In this hotel bar & restaurant brand WineStone was refreshed in design and menu, this was welcomed by guests with great enthusiasm. Mercure Kraków Stare Miasto hotel was designed and constructed to meet the BREEAM certification requirements. In 2016 Orbis SA - as the first hotel investor in Poland - opened 2 “green” hotels: ibis Gdańsk Stare Miasto and Mercure Kraków Stare Miasto.
