The first two buildings, A and B of the Bonarka for Business opened up in 2011, followed by Building C in 2012, Building D in 2013 and Building E in 2015. These 5 buildings already provide 45,000 sqm GLA for the tenants like Alexander Mann Solutions, State Street, Pega, Pure Jatomi Fitness, Euroclear, Herbalife, and Lufthansa Global Business Services among others. The sixth building in the office complex was launched this September, the eight-storey class A building offer 10 000 sqm of gross leasable area, with tenants like GlobalLogic and Luxoft. Ultimately Bonarka for Business will offer 10 office buildings with a total leasable area of 95 000 sqm with a value of EUR 200 million. Building F, the sixth building in the B4B office complex in Krakow was launched this September. The eight-storey class A building provides 10 000 sqm of gross leasable area, of which half has been leased even before the official opening. The Building F hosts GlobalLogic and Luxoft, global providers of IT services.

Building G, the 7th phase of the Class A office building in the most popular office complex in Krakow, will be ready in Q1 2017. The office building already 100% leased by Euroclear. The development of next phase, Building H will soon begin and it will provide further 10.000 sqm GLA to the most demanding tenants.

In Poland, TriGranit is proceeding with the development of the next phase of buildings in the B4B Class-A office complex in Krakow. Building G will be ready at the beginning of 2017.The development of next phase, Building H will soon begin. Due to regular increasing demands for new office spaces, TriGranit plans the delivery of further 2 office buildings (Building I and J) in the near future. The company plans overall retail developments of around 70,000 sqm GLA in the region in the near future and is in advanced stage of some possible acquisitions of both existing, operating projects and development sites.
