• advising Tesco on its disposal programme consisting of 35 assets; work included advising Tesco on the sale of a portfolio of Tesco’s shopping centres located in Warsaw, Cracow, Poznan and Lodz to Echo Investment SA;
• advising Standard Properties sp. z o.o. on the sale of an international portfolio consisting of 33 properties located in different regions of Poland and Hungary;
• advising 7R on the sale of logistic portfolios of six assets located near Gdansk, Lodz and Wroclaw to Macquarie Group;
• advising Savills Investment Management on the acquisition of a target company holding a real property developed with a fully leased warehouse located near Warsaw from the JV of Panattoni and Invesco;
• advising Equinix on the disposal of a data centre combined with setting up a legal structure allowing for further development and operation of two data centres within the same property;
• assisting CTP in its expansion to Poland.

Our top projects include:
• advising Sire Services BV (a joint undertaking of Arrow Capital Partners and Cerberus) on the development of Tradeparcs logistics portfolio (so far advised on 7 sites), rendering legal services to the client through all development stages: acquisition of the land, development process, permitting, leasing;
• advising CBRE on the implementation of development logistics undertakings within joint venture structures;
• advising 7R on several warehouse transactions, including the very first Bentall Green Oak transaction in Poland, and on a joint venture project with VRE regarding the development of a subsequent warehouse.
