The residents has joined placemaking workshops organized by Association of Creative Initiatives “Ę” and American organization “Project for Public Spaces” to choose the architecture project. On this basis Skanska prepared temporary installations (benches, track&other), planted trees and painted fence around the square, so as the residents could verify which proposals are the most useful. In October, the realization stage has started. The square will be transformed into “islands” with host of spare time functions like archeological site, playground, sport area.
