Short information about architectural firm(s) :	The JEMS Architekci architectural studio was established in 1988. The core of the team consists of the partners – O. Jagiełło, M. Miłobędzki, J. Szczepanik-Dzikowski, M. Sadowski and W. Zych.
Brief information about the project from an architectural point of view:	The geometry of the buildings’ layout and their relatively low height provide the project with cosiness and good alignment with the surrounding area. The design includes two independent buildings which are formed in a way that creates a compact line facing the NS route while constituting a visual and acoustic barrier. The buildings in the form of irregular loops adjust to the geometrical specificity of the area which is determined by the impassable lines of development. It is worth pointing out the internal yards which open with two-storey arcades – passages to a pubic green area located east of the building. The narrowing space between the two stages of the project forms a square which will be an important central part of the entire project after its completion. The shape of the greenery, particularly along the eastern facade of the building, and the spatial combination of the public greenery and the greenery in the internal yards constitute a very important element of the project.
