The BTS for Manuli, a global leader in hydraulic products, was built in the Łódź Special Economic Zone in nine months. The 25m tower is the heart of the whole investment. Divided into four storeys, this highly advanced and non-standard production hall is for the manufacture of rubber mixes used in hose production. Due to the high loads of machines and equipment, the flooring is 40cm thick and doubly reinforced, with loading capacity of 7.5T/sqm. The investment features 12.5 pct roof glazing, as well as a recovering and purifying water system for reuse in the manufacturing process. The steam produced in the technological process is used for heating purposes, which helps optimise facility maintenance costs.
