Brief information about the project from an architectural point of view:	Olivia Six's facade is built in a triple-glazed system and "is alive" 24 hours a day thanks to illuminated elements. The mostly glazed solid with 16 floors gives the building a modern appearance, thus making Olivia Six one of the most attractive office blocks in Tricity. The building's interior was constructed with due diligence and with the employment of the most modern solutions. The lobby is an area which is accessible for everyone and where all visitors may relax in an atmosphere characteristic for Olivia Six. The interior of the main hall was constructed in the form of a "big chessboard", which distinguishes this building from other office blocks. Olivia Six is one of the most environmentally friendly buildings in Poland and already fulfils EU norms of 2021. The building is currently undergoing BREEAM certification at an EXCELLENT level. The flora around the building refers to the whole OBC complex, and among the plantings one may find both indigenous flora and endangered.
