Brief information about the project from an architectural point of view:	Shopping Center Nowy Rynek,is located in the downtown area of Jelenia Gora.Building is located in a distance of 5 minutes walk from Old Market place in JG.It is a brown field investment. Previously it was a bus station,that had been extensively and poorly developed.Today Nowy Rynek is a meeting point in JG downtown.that combines shopping center, bus station, cycle lanes and parkings.The mall loops on two levels with two–level atriums are the general scheme of building.The big skylights over the mall,mix of shops,a variety of services,bars,restaurants is createing pleasant atmosphere.The car parks are under and over the shopping area-for clients convenience.Facades of the building are covered with ceramic tiles and executed as folding walls,as that area is under monumental protection and there are high requirements as for as the external view is concerned. The whole building is executed and equipped with high quality,as the BREAAM certificate with a very good level has been obtained.
