Małogrzata is responsible for Echo Investment's core activity, which is purchasing plots for further growth, preparing them to development and sales of ready office and retail properties. She manages all processes related to purchase and sale transactions: business due diligence, negotiations, legal, tax and administrative processing. Małogrzata heads the team that secure future pipeline and have major influence on the Echo Investment’s financial liquidity. As a Board Member she participates in taking major decisions regarding the Company’s policy, future growth and new business.
