Information about the achievement, describing the context of the achievement and it’s results or impact:	Liebrecht & wooD and BBI Development partnership began in 2009 with an investment agreement for the Plac Unii office-retail development. The project completed in 2013, considered one of the most significant commercial properties recently delivered in Warsaw, has been a perfect foundation for a new joint venture. Both partners continue working together on Praga Koneser Center, bringing the historic Vodka Distillery to its traditional glory. It is the first mixed-use complex in Warsaw to combine residential, retail, office & cultural functions. Both firms develop commercial space in Koneser, while BBI Development is responsible for its residential part. The two companies benefit from complementary profiles of operations - BBI Development has their own architectural studio and handles the permits issues, while Liebrecht & wooD focuses on financing, marketing and commercialisation. The partnership proves two developers can cooperate effectively creating large scale urban projects.
