Information about the achievement, describing the context of the achievement and it’s results or impact:	In Q1, 2013, Avestus Real Estate concluded a long-term lease agreement with Cisco Systems regarding the lease of ca. 6,000 m2 of office space located at Enterprise Park phase 2 (building C), a scheme yet to be constructed. In 2014, Enterprise Park's construction still ongoing, the future tenant extended its occupancy in building C to a total of ca. 13,000 m2. Later that year, another tenant was secured. As a result, the project has been over 95% leased before its completion, which must be viewed as Avestus Real Estate sale team's grand success, despite tough market conditions and the fact that Enterprise Park is the company's debuting project in Cracow. Lease Achievements: - a single, high profile tenant occupying over 92% of space available at Enterprise Park phase 2 - long-term tenancy secured - highly technological and R&D working environment in the Park
