It starts very often from strategic advice and introduction to the market for companies considering the entrance to the Polish residential sector. Important part of advisory work are residential market forecasts. Typical consulting services include initial site analyses, local market studies, project-mix and sales forecast recommendations, as well as review of the projects needing restructurization.

Career path (Previous employers, professional progress, when was the candidate promoted to the current position, etc.) Graduated from the Faculty of Architecture at the Warsaw University of Technology. In 1980s started working as an architect, first in a state company and later in his own architectural studio. In late 1980s started a five-year period of teaching at the Warsaw University of Technology. He broadened the knowledge of real estate market in Wharton Real Estate Center at the University of Pennsylvania in mid 1990s. In 1991 joined an advisory programme of the World Bank, USAID and Government of Poland, supporting the market reforms in housing finance and development sector in Poland. Since 1997 continued the consulting activities as the co-founder and president of REAS, which, as of 1st December 2018, became a part of JLL. Has almost 28 years of experience in residential advisory in Poland. His professional career in 1997-2018 was devoted to the development and growth of REAS, the leading residential consulting company in the country.
