Kazimierz is also one of two persons (together with Pawel Sztejter) leading on daily basis the activities of JLL Residential Advisory services, with focus on market research. He plays the role of a company spokesman at numerous conferences and seminars, writes articles and market commentaries as well presents the view of the company through interviews. Takes part in execution of most demanding advisory and research projects, including the quarterly residential market forecasting sessions.

Residential consulting services including market research, advisory, transactions and valuations. Key clients groups include residential developers, financing entities, such as banks and investment funds, city authorities and other companies active in the real estate sector. Consulting activity covers projects with apartments for sale, residential rental projects, student and senior housing as well as mixed-use projects. It starts very often from strategic advice and introduction to the market for companies considering the entrance to the Polish residential sector. Important part of advisory work are residential market forecasts. Typical consulting services include initial site analyses, local market studies, project-mix and sales forecast recommendations, as well as review of the projects needing restructurization.

Graduated from the Faculty of Architecture at the Warsaw University of Technology. In 1980s started working as an architect, first in a state company and later in his own architectural studio. In late 1980s started a five-year period of teaching at the Warsaw University of Technology. He broadened the knowledge of real estate market in Wharton Real Estate Center at the University of Pennsylvania in mid 1990s. In 1991 joined an advisory programme of the World Bank, USAID and Government of Poland, supporting the market reforms in housing finance and development sector in Poland. Since 1997 continued the consulting activities as the co-founder and president of REAS, which, as of 1st December 2018, became a part of JLL. Has almost 28 years of experience in residential advisory in Poland. His professional career in 1997-2018 was devoted to the development and growth of REAS, the leading residential consulting company in the country.

Co-founding and development of REAS - Polish residential consulting company - from 6 to over 30 employees and the base of clients including almost all major residential developers in the country. Successful negotiation of the sale of REAS to JLL Poland and integration of the REAS' team within JLL structures.

Supporting the emergence of the commercial residential market through advisory role to the Government of Poland in early 1990s. Since then active as lecturer, in early 1990s mostly on postgraduate courses supporting banks starting their activities in housing finance sector, organized by Polish banking schools or USAID. In the last ten years lecturer on the post-graduate course for developers, organized jointly by Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) and Union of Polish Developers (PZFD). Author of several professional books, including “Vademecum Dewelopera” and numerous articles and publications as well as co-author of the first Construction Lending Guidebook used by Polish banks and banking schools. Together with other co-founders of REAS played an important role in making – through REAS activity - Polish residential market, the largest market in CEE, more transparent, more predictable, safer for its participants. Has supported the entrance to the market of many foreign players, mostly in Poland, but also in Romania and the Czech Republic.

Winner of the award of the 10th jubilee Annual Congress on Housing Finance in recognition of many years' involvement and contribution to the development of the housing finance in Poland (2013)
