||Last year Ghelamco Poland proved its multidisciplinary and visionary perception of the real estate market by establishing „Sztuka w Mieście” Foundation to support art and cultural initiatives dedicated to local community contributing to improve the quality of urban space. “Kocham Warszawę” (“I love Warsaw”) neon placed on the 35th floor of Warsaw Spire was the greatest success of the foundation. The neon was a gift for Warsaw inhabitants. During 8 months it reached approx. 15000000 eye-contacts of passing by people, attracted over 410000 people by media coverage and over 135000 UU of social media. Everybody loved neon as a recognizable symbol of the new landscape of Warsaw. It changed attitude by positive message in a place perceived as grey and unattractive. “I love Warsaw” is one of the most ground breaking cultural and social projects in the history of the Polish real estate market. Presently taken down will come back soon at European Square highlighting friendly urban atmosphere.
