Work experience in this position:	In 2010 Zawodna entered the management board of the company. As a sustainable building manager she introduced the green standards on the Polish market. In 2011 she became a Regional Director, and in 2014 a Managing Director of Skanska Property Poland.
Description of business activity (profile, market sectors served, etc.):	During her office, since 2014, Skanska Property Poland strengthened its position as one of the most active developers in CEE region. The company has finalized five buildings sales and also started the construction of five new investments.
Size of the company managed by the candidate (headcount, regions of activity):	The company operates on six Polish markets: Warsaw, Wroclaw, Poznan, Lodz, Krakow and Katowice. During her office, Skanska Property Poland developed over 126,000 sqm of modern, green office space and signed lease agreements for over 100,000 sqm of space. The company hires approx. 100 employees.

Career path (Previous employers, professional progress, when was the candidate promoted to the current position, etc.):	Katarzyna Zawodna started working in construction industry in Skanska Property Poland’s Marketing and Leasing Department in 2006. In 2010 she entered the management board of the company. As a sustainable building manager she introduced the green standards on the Polish market. In 2011 she became a Regional Director, and in 2014 a Managing Director of Skanska Property Poland.
Biggest business achievements, especially those made last year:	During her office, Skanska completed the largest sales transaction in history of the company’s activity in the CEE region – The sale of portfolio of our four office buildings: Kapelanka 42 (A) and Axis - located in Krakow as well as Silesia Business Park (A and B) - located in Katowice by Skanska Property Poland to the Swedish Niam fund. This was also the largest transaction of the year in the CEE region and also the largest transaction conducted in the history of regional cities in CEE.
- Contributions made to the improvement of the CEE commercial property market:	Katarzyna Zawodna is one of the person who introduced LEED certification system in Poland and CEE region. During her office, the company maintained the position of green leader in Poland. In 2015, every company’s investments completed or under construction were precertified and certified on LEED Gold and Platinum level. The company has also achieved first LEED CI Platinum certificate in Poland.
