Short information about architectural firm(s):	Polish studio involved in architecture, urban planning, graphic and industrial design projects since 1997. Its main activity is core & shell office park and office building design including fit-out.
Brief information about the project from an architectural point of view:	As the most valuable quality of the project we perceive its elegant simplicity, in which we gained a truly Scandinavian architectural approach. The major rule that we followed was that the building should be flexible enough to adjust to the needs of various tenants. No matter what space they would like to lease or what design they would like to implement – everyone should have the freedom to arrange own space on his own way. As much important was adjustment of the building to the requirements of LEED certification. The third rule was safety: the company required us to verify every possible danger that might have occurred during the construction process. Also, the building had to fit into the urban surroundings. That’s why we decided to have a simple and elegant shape, knowing that less means more. The white color is very clear and sharp, but together with every detail it underlines the modest aesthetics of the building. Its pearl luster reflects the sunlight.
