Work experience in this position:	Jeroen van der Toolen was promoted to the position of the Managing Director for Central and Eastern Europe and became responsible for all of Ghelamco's operations within the region in 2006.

Jeroen van der Toolen is responsible for all company operations in the Central and Eastern Europe region.

Biggest business achievements, especially those made last year:	One of the company’s most noteworthy achievements was signing a record-breaking lease agreement with Samsung (almost 22 000 sq m office space in Warsaw Spire). It was the largest transaction in the history of the Warsaw city center. In 2015 Ghelamco also signed a large lease agreement with JLL (8,000 sq m). Last year, Ghelamco signed numerous leases in the Warsaw Spire complex, totaling over 54 000 sq m. Currently more than 70% of space is leased.
- Contributions made to the improvement of the CEE commercial property market:	Jeroen van der Toolen brought bold vision and innovative strategy to the company operations. He assigns particular care to the quality of urban space and the company innovations define new market standards. Ghelamco has a reputation of an undisputed leader in sustainable development, which is evidenced by being the first to achieve BREEAM and boasting the highest number of BREEAM in Poland.
