In that time the P3 GAV has increased from €350 million to over €2 billion and its estate has grown from 600,000 m2 to a pan-European platform with over 3 million m2 in nine countries and a landbank with zoning for 1.3 million m2 of further development.

Career path (Previous employers, professional progress, when was the candidate promoted to the current position, etc.): Ian Worboys FRICS, joined P3 Logistic Parks as Chief Executive Officer in April 2009. He has 34 years’ experience in the real estate industry and specifically in the logistics sector in Europe. He previously worked at Strutt & Parker, Panattoni, Parkridge and also spent 10 years at Gazeley, where he led their European development activities. Ian qualified at the University of West England.
Biggest business achievements, especially those made last year: Ian masterminded the acquisition of 2 large portfolios in Autumn 2014 & Spring 2015, making P3 a top 5 CEE logistics property provider with an estate of over 3 million m2 of assets (up from 1.79 million m2 in 2014) and a landbank for more than 1.3 million m2 of development (up from 521,000 m2 in 2014). Ian has also overseen a the increase in in the P3 team from 48 to over 100 in the last year – and ensured that new staff are fully integrated into the business and inducted in the company ethos.
