Short information about architectural firm(s) :	The architects from Project Management C&W have extensive experience in conceptual design, full architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical design as well as interior design documentation.
Brief information about the project from an architectural point of view:	Wisher Enterprise required services of an experienced architect and engineer to develop full design documentation for its office project. The thirteen storeys and 50 meters office building will comprise a seven-floor podium with slightly recessed upper levels, which will give it a sense of weightlessness and modern feel. It will perfectly conform to the surrounding developments yet retaining its modern individual character. The finely detailed glazed facade has a unique form sculptured from the arrays of sunlight emphasising the building’s three dimensional nature. With its compact and relatively small scale character blending technological sophistication with classic elegance the building will provide a truly distinct work environment. Grzybowksa 43 will redefine and reinvigorate the streetspace of Grzybowska street, creating a diverse and appealing urban realm.
