||Skanska Property Poland has already leased 95% of office space in its two green office complexes, a total of over 50,000 sqm in Green Towers and Green Corner. The lease agreements were signed well before construction was completed. The first tenants, Ernst & Young and Allegro Group, moved into Green Towers ‘A’ in April 2012. Further contracts were concluded soon afterwards with Medicover Group, Dolby, BD and Talex. Finally, a contract was signed with a large tenant for a total of 14,400 sqm (3,900 sqm in building ‘A’ and 10,500 sqm in building ‘B’). The second phase of the Green Towers complex is scheduled for completion in Q1 2013. In the same vein, the developer commercialised Green Corner in Warsaw, completed in Q4 2012. A contract was signed with Nordea Group (around 7,000 sqm), followed immediately after by Grant Thornton, Jones Lang LaSalle Group Services, CHI Polska and Ruch. The latter deal was a contract for 12,000 sqm, which filled the entire office space in building ‘B’.
