Short information about architectural firm(s):	Mackow Architecture Company was launched in 1995 and have a great depth of experience in various sectors: residential, public, commercial, industrial, health, education.
Brief information about the project from an architectural point of view:	The building is situated in one of the most prestigious locations of Wroclaw, in the neighbourhood of important historical and public buildings, as well as the University of Wroclaw. This was the main reason to design a really future proofed building of a representative character. The main architectural assumption was to match the building to the urban character of the localization and optimize its type. We tried to design the object of the clear plan and optimal dividing lines what could enable flexible arrangements and good daylight lighting of open spaces and ‘cell office’ rooms. We especially took into consideration the quality of building materials and construction solutions, what assure the on-time realization and long-term use. According to the standards required by the Owner, the building has got the LEED certification. The fit-outs were done for a big foreign company as the smart working area.
