Within the EY Warsaw office, to replace 144 office rooms covering in total 12k sq. m., places for individual and group work were created. From reception desk area, one can access most important for external guests, conference center area with separated lobby with a magnificent view of central Warsaw. Transition effects can be appreciated not only by company employees but most of all by visitors, who take a use of modern, elegant and clean in their form spaces, which build company image. Other floors designated purely for employees have been designed as open spaces, separated by formal and informal meeting rooms, so as to avoid endless open space impression. Designed functionality allows to conduct work not only at the workstation but also in supporting areas such as phone booths, meeting rooms or sofas for co-working. Intensive day-to-day work requires the possibility to relax therefore so called playrooms were created for employees on each floor. The interiors are complemented also by kitchens located on the both ends of longer side of the building – main on the south side and a smaller, supporting function of the main one, on the north side. Large kitchen was combined with a space designated for canteen, which after lunch hours plays an ideal role of co-working space, adequate also for smaller, informal employees meetings.
