Description of the position:	The Managing Director is the most senior role in the company. His ultimate responsibility is to control and expand the company’s performance, closely cooperate and report to the CEE and EMEA supervisory boards and lead the Polish board of directors.
Work experience in this position:	Daniel was nominated for the position of Managing Director in August 2015. Before, he was part of Senior Executive Board in CBRE and headed the Tenant Representation Office team. The department, within the last 5 years, has reached the leading agent position in the office market in Poland.
Description of business activity (profile, market sectors served, etc.):	CBRE offers strategic advice and execution for property sales and leasing; corporate services; property, facilities and project management; valuation; development services; research and consulting. CBRE speciality is to support the real estate projects in each stage of the life.
Size of the company managed by the candidate (headcount, regions of activity):	CBRE Group is the world’s largest commercial real estate services and investment firm. In Poland the company employs over 250 specialists in 5 offices in Warsaw, TriCity, Krakow, Poznan and Wroclaw.
The y-o-y increase in profits/income generated last year:	CBRE in Poland has increased substantially in terms of size and turnovers. The office agency, being managed by Daniel, has quadrupled its income and increased 10 times in terms of employment.
Career path (Previous employers, professional progress, when was the candidate promoted to the current position, etc.):	As a member of Senior Executive Board, Daniel has contributed to a number of strategic business decisions, adding to the success of the whole company. He advised the largest Polish or international corporations such as HP, PwC, Polkomtel. Prior to joining CBRE, Daniel worked at CA Immo as Marketing and Leasing Manager, acting for the largest office buildings in Warsaw.
Biggest business achievements, especially those made last year:	The CBRE office agency has become the number one in terms of the agent market share. The whole company has substantially grown, developed new service lines and become the market leader in real estate advisory.
- Contributions made to the improvement of the CEE commercial property market:	In 2015 Daniel received the CEE Quality Award for the best office agency and has highly contributed to the development of tenant representation market in the whole region. The high quality service provided has increased the awareness of the investors looking to expand in this part of Europe.
