Brief information about the project from an architectural point of view: Carpathia is an elegant, impressive office building, designed as class A office space, located in City Center, in the up and coming neighborhood of Powiśle – very close to the Central Busines District, as well as the Warsaw’s high street – Nowy Świat / Krakowskie Przedmieście. Carpathia is our little puzzle about whether it is a manifestation of Warsaw’s modernism of the1930s, a later social realist variation on a theme or a contemporary architectural collage with the Powiśle in the background is our humble tribute to centuries of history. There is some intellectual play taking place here, but it is accompanied by a considerable dose of Bauhaus responsibility for utilitarian value. Facilities: easy access by car and public transport, possible to arrange the internal space, 24hreception and security with CCTV, two independent cable power lines, internet fiber optic connection, air conditioning, access control system, openable windows, technical raised floors / suspended ceilings.
