Alma Tower is a modern building with 14 floors above ground and 3 underground .Architects building block gave the unusual shape: rectangular indentations on the corners of the office, spaced irregularly, surprisingly, raises associations with individual blocks that someone took out intricately raised design. Facades of the building are equipped with clearly marked vertical divisions. From the ground to the roof through the walls running thick vertical pilaster strips, tapering towards the top. This effect brings lightness block. Building in terms of appearance is a prestigious and unique. Finishes maintained building in patinated copper color - a characteristic greenish color to be a hallmark of the building. The office building is certified LEED - has been designed and equipped with devices allowing to reduce water consumption by up to 50% and energy by 25%. The building offers a total of approx 10 000 m² of Class A office space and approx 400 m2 of service and commercial.
