At JLL she's built the retail investment team from scratch and advised in region’ key deals: Riviera (€291-300m, Gdynia), Silesia City Center (over €400m, Katowice), Manufaktura (€390m, Łódź) or Olympia (€250m, Brno). Her career illustrates JLL's long- term employment policy and Agata’ s long- term commitment to firms and projects.
Biggest business achievements, especially those made last year: Agata has so far transacted over €600m across CEE/SEE in 2015, including Riviera–Poland’s biggest deal across all market segments in 2015. Other 2015 deals are Arkady Pankrac, Focus Park, Sarni Stok. In 2015 she participated in deals of ca €750m that have already signed and are due to close in 2015. Agata is unquestionably a leader in the field of strategic retail investment advisory. Her professionalism, experience, code of conduct and ethics are highly appreciated among major market players.
