Brief information about the project from an architectural point of view: The aim was to invent an interesting facade and build a common space for retail and services dedicated to sports people. Adgar Park West was reimagined to include a spectacular five-storey glass atrium and the extra space created is home to AdgarFit – the first project of its kind in Poland. The exteriors and common interior spaces were completely refurbished. Adgar Park West office complex which features AdgarFit, a unique sports and leisure zone opened in November 2014. One of the most stunning features of APW is the new five-storey glass façade, the new face of the building looking onto Aleje Jerozolimskie. Another extraordinary feature is the running track, which does not freeze over and can be used safely for training all year round. APW includes 3 office buildings offering a total of 44,600 sq m. of space. AdgarFit is a unique high-performance sports zone within an office complex. There is also plenty of newly-landscaped greenery and outside seating for people to relax.
