 DDJM is one of the most popular and award-winning Kraków-based architectural studios. It has been present on the market since 1991. It is managed by M. Dunikowski, W. Miecznikowski and J. Kutnikowski.
Brief information about the project from an architectural point of view:











 The facade of the building consists of stone, glass and aluminium elements. The division on the facade rationally reflects the function of the building providing it with the best possible working conditions for future users. By offering a reliable modular division both in the layout of individual floors and on the facade it makes it possible to arrange the internal area freely. The designed building has a very regular shape and the division of the facades, which reflects the function and structure of the modern A-class office building. The design was created by the Kraków-based architectural studio DDJM. The buildings in A4 Business Park have been designed with attention to the quality and security: solid, natural materials, high-end technologies, energy-efficient lift and ventilation systems, an access control system and a burglary alarm are only a few elements confirming the modern character of the facility.
