The Eurobuild Awards are not just decided by the votes of the jury. The projects of five categories are also decided upon by the votes cast by their tenants. Here is their verdict.
Tryton Business House in Gdańsk (owned by Globalworth) has won the Office of the Year award. The two other runners up were Poleczki Business House in Warsaw (owned by UBM) and the Altus building in Katowice.
The Office Manager of the Year award went to Józef Wojciech Wilczak of EPP who is responsible for the Tryton Business House office building.
The retail tenants surveyed decided to hand the award for Shopping Centre of the Year to Vivo! Piła (which is owned by Immofinanz). The two runners up were Galeria Sfera in Bielska-Biała and Galeria Pestka in Poznań.
The award for Shopping Centre Manager of the Year went to Monika Magner (of CBRE), the director of Galeria Sfera in Bielska Biała.
Moving on to the warehouse section, MLP Pruszków I was most praised by the tenants and took the Warehouse of the year. It beat runners up Segro Business Park Warsaw Żerań (Segro) and Panattoni Park Gliwice III (Panattoni Europe).
The award for Warehouse Manager of the Year went to Piotr Krystosiak, who is responsible for Segro Business Park Warsaw Żerań.
The tenant survey was conducted from September to October 2018. The questions were asked in face to face meetings, over the telephone, and via email. The tenants of 53 office buildings were surveyed as well as 27 shopping centres and 20 warehouse centres from all over Poland. The vote was organised by Millward Brown.
