The award is open to any new company that has launched its operations in the real estate market in Poland or any company that has entered the Polish real estate market by opening a new office or branch office between July 2021 and June 2023. The maximum period of company operation eligible for consideration is 2 years. Additionally, the company should have recruited new employees specifically for this purpose. Submissions are welcome from companies of any business profile, including investors, developers, agencies, consulting companies, retail chains, hotel chains, PRS sector and others.

The jury will take into consideration the size of the team, the services provided, what makes the company stand out from the competition, and what new services or products the company is bringing to the market.
