Category: Warehouse Developer of the Year, CEE

Open to any developer active in the CEE warehouse sector within the timeframe specified by the organizer.
The jury will consider presence, geographic range, reputation and leasing & financial figures, as well as the number, size, originality, variety and significance of projects completed.

Assessment criteria:

  • The number and size of the properties completed and sold within the timeframe specified by the organizer
  • The quality of service offered to agents, tenants,  and investors
  • The number and size of lease agreements completed within the timeframe specified by the organizer
  • The number and size of projects under construction and in the pipeline
  • Geographical range of activities
  • The value and size of the projects within the timeframe specified by the organizer (GLA)
  • The key tenants, investors and financial institutions that the developer works with
