Open to any developer active in the office sector in CEE within the timeframe specified by the organizer.

The jury will consider the company’s presence, geographic range, reputation and leasing & financial figures,
as well as the number, size, originality, variety and significance of projects completed.

Assessment criteria:

  • The number and size of properties completed and sold within the timeframe specified by the organizer
  • The quality of service offered to agents, tenants,  and investors
  • The number and size of lease agreements completed within the timeframe specified by the organizer
  • The number and size of projects under construction and in the pipeline
  • Geographical range of activities
  • Innovational products and new technologies used in properties

Please note that nominees cannot to use the Eurobuild Awards logo for marketing purposes without the prior consent of Eurobuild CEE.
