Category: Office Building of the Year, CEE

Any office project opened in CEE within the timeframe specified by the organizer excluding modernizations and developments is eligible.
The jury will consider the reputation of the project, the occupancy figures, its financial results, the level of local competition, the quality of the design and specification, BREEAM/LEED/WELL/FITWEL certification and also its development history.

Assessment criteria:

  • The tenant mix
  • The occupancy rates
  • The quality of the design and the specifications (for example BREEAM/LEED certification)
  • The concept behind the strategy of how to compete on the local market
  • Location
  • The technical systems and innovations to improve office working conditions/comfort

Please note that nominees cannot to use the Eurobuild Awards logo for marketing purposes without the prior consent of Eurobuild CEE.
