The award is open to any tax and financial consultancy operating in Poland’s real estate market within the timeframe specified by the organizer.
The jury will evaluate the company’s activity, market presence, reputation, as well as the number of deals they were involved in and the profile of clients they represented.

Assessment criteria:

  • The number of transactions on the real estate market the company participated within the timeframe specified by the organizer
  • The value of transactions on the real estate market the company participated within the timeframe specified by the organizer (in EUR)
  • The number of transactions in each specific real estate segment
  • The largest transactions in which it the company was involved
  • Major current clients

Please note that nominees cannot to use the Eurobuild Awards logo for marketing purposes without the prior consent of Eurobuild CEE.
