The award is open to any investment agency team active in Poland’s property investment market within the timeframe specified by the organizer.
The jury will look at the number and significance of the deals completed, as well as the presence and reputation of the team on the market.

Assessment criteria:

  • The value and the number of transactions within the timeframe specified by the organizer
  • Key clients and the quality of the business relationships maintained with them
  • The reputation of the team on the market
  • The biggest and the most profitable transactions within the timeframe specified by the organizer divided into sectors
  • The year on year results of the department with regard to the number and the value of finalised transactions

Please note that nominees cannot to use the Eurobuild Awards logo for marketing purposes without the prior consent of Eurobuild CEE.
