Category: Warehouse Agency Team of the Year, Poland
The award is open to any warehouse agency team active in Poland within the timeframe specified by the organizer.
The jury is to consider the amount of space leased, the number and size of the deals concluded, as well as the reputation of the team on the market.

Assessment criteria:

  • Warehouse projects under exclusive commercialisation
  • Space leased (within the timeframe specified by the organizer, GLA)
  • The biggest transactions (within the timeframe specified by the organizer)
  • The quality of service of both tenants and developers
  • A comparison of the number of completed transactions in terms of GLA within the timeframe specified by the organizer
  • The number of clients served (within the timeframe specified by the organizer, GLA)

Please note that nominees cannot to use the Eurobuild Awards logo for marketing purposes without the prior consent of Eurobuild CEE.
