The award is open to any significant warehouse/distribution centre opened in Central & Eastern Europe in 2015. The jury will consider its reputation, occupancy rates, financial results, the intensity of local competition, the quality of the design and specification, BREEAM/LEED certification and the development history. Both built-to-suit projects, as well as multi-tenant projects, are eligible.
