POINT44

POINT 44 is a retail project consisting of 2 buildings: commercial and Drive Thru, both located at Puławska 44D in Piaseczno. It is characterized by elegant and modern architecture, direct exhibition and direct access from Puławska Street. The project is located in the northern part of Piaseczno, right next to the southern districts of Warsaw, at the cross of Energetyczna and Puławska streets towards the center of Warsaw. An excellent location with direct access to DK79, the road serving as a link between the Warsaw Express Bypass and the Large Warsaw Bypass (DK50) intended for transit traffic. This road infrastructure guarantees harmonious access to the exit routes as well as the S2, S8, NS expressways and the A2 motorway. The immediate vicinity of Decathlon and CH Designer Outlet are other advantages of the Point44 location. The exposition of the investment and convenient parking will allow visitors for comfortable shopping and a quick lunch or coffee in Drive Thru.

STOP SHOP Siedlce I

Despite the unfortunate opening date (in the middle of pandemic), STOP SHOP Siedlce project (phase I) turned to be a huge success. The excellent location, a properly selected mix of 20 tenants (including 3 LPP brands) on a nearly 12,000 sqm, spacious parking and a great neighborhood - Selgros store or Castorama. These are just some of the factors that define the strengths of this project. On top thanks to its location, next to the ring road, the journey from the center of Siedlce to STOP SHOP takes only six minutes. Already in the first week after the trade release, from May 4th, STOP SHOP Siedlce recorded a footfall of 44,000 customers. This indicator grew in the following weeks. Throughout May and June, our retail park was visited by almost 600,000 customers, in July and August by 660,000, while in September only by additional 320,000, breaking absolute records in this regard every month for the entire STOP SHOP portfolio in Poland, also taking into account the pre-COVID-19 time

Vendo Park

The investment assumed the construction of Trei's retail park, and a separate building for Lidl, as well as the reconstruction of a road and a pedestrian and bicycle route in the immediate vicinity. Lidl supermarket and 12 tenants of Vendo Park guarantee a rich commercial offer and comfort of shopping within the newly created facility. Maxi Zoo, Dealz, TEDi and JBB Bałdyga are the brands debuting in Częstochowa. Trei was fully responsible for retail park’s commercialization and currently is managing the property in house. The total investment cost of Vendo Park was approx. EUR 11,9 million.
