The JURY AWARDS competition has an open format, which means that participants in the commercial real estate market submit their nominations through this website. The Organizer also has the right to nominate projects, individuals, or companies that they deem significant for the sector.
The Organizer allows for the submission of more than one project by a company in a given category.
Registration of candidates takes place from August 1st to September 30th, 2023.
The list of nominated projects in each category will appear on the eurobuildawards.com website after the nomination submission process is completed.
Each category has a dedicated jury panel consisting of specialists in that particular field.
Applications for the competition must be accepted by the Organizer, and the nominees will receive a confirmation of nomination via email.
For the Jury Awards, individual juries made up of leading market professionals are to choose the winning project or company in each category.
The list of jury members is confidential until the voting process has been closed. This will be announced and published on the www.eurobuildawards.com website when the voting is finished. Jury members are to be asked to keep their participation confidential, to limit any potential influence from the candidates on the jury members.
