7R Park Wrocław West II is the first 7R Green Saver facility, a sustainable warehouse solution designed to benefit both tenants and investors. It achieved over 50% reduction in operational CO2 emissions and over 70% reduction in primary energy demand, compared to buildings constructed in acc. with Polish building regulations. This generates significant savings on operating costs for tenant and enhances investment value. The facility achieved 95,6% in the BREEAM International New Construction Ver. 6 scheme - the highest score for industrial building in continental Europe. It earned 100% points in their categories for energy efficiency and water management. This was achieved through the use of high-efficiency air-source heat pumps, a PV in conjunction with own energy storage system with daylight dimming control with astronomical timer. Water-saving solutions include fire pumps cooling system with recirculation, greywater recovery, metering irrigation points and aerators in faucets.

In May 2024 real estate investor and fund manager Cromwell Property Group sold six retail centres across Poland, held by the Cromwell Polish Retail Fund (CPRF), to Star Capital Finance for €285 million.

• Trei has been the leading retail investor on the Polish market since 2013. The company develops its Polish portfolio of Vendo Parks, which now consists of 38 retail parks. The total area of the opened facilities is approximately 180 000 sqm and their value exceeds 240 mln EUR. • In addition to developing retail parks, Trei Real Estate Poland manages over 135 commercial properties. • Trei continues to dynamically develop the range of retail parks under the Vendo Park brand in Poland. In 2024, the company plans to open at least four more facilities –in Wrocław, Kostrzyn nad Odrą, Ciechanów and Szczecin. • Vendo Parks responds to the specific needs of local communities. VIBE is the first office building in Poland to receive its own specially composed audiosphere, giving it a unique character and a whole set of acoustic experiences. With 11 floors, it has delivered 15,000 sqm of state-of-the-art office space to the market, created in accordance with Ghelamco's ESG strategy. VIBE uses an ultra-modern Building Energy Management System that significantly reduce energy consumption, as well as an InBin application to analyze the carbon footprint based on the weight of waste generated by tenants. Ultimately, the building will be powered by 100% clean energy. Its sustainability will be confirmed by certifications in WELL and BREEAM at the highest level. The building already boasts SmartScore and WiredScore certifications with Platinum rating, as well as DGNB, Green Building Standard and Facility without Barriers. VIBE has been equipped with a proprietary Signal OS system that monitors the building's condition and thus ensures an optimal working environment.

Anna marked 10th Anniversary with Invesco Real Estate, a global investment manager with an over €15 billion European portfolio. Anna set up Polish operations back in 2014. Since then she has been successfully developing the business in the region, growing the team of devoted professionals and overseeing the asset management and value enhancement initiatives of the portfolio now exceeding €1.6 billion in logistics, office , retail and residential sectors. In mid-2024, it completed its first mezzanine lending deal in Central Europe. In 2020 her expertise was recognized at the European level. She was asked to work with a Pan-European team of experienced asset managers across 13 countries. Her responsibilities included driving and coordinating asset management strategy across a diverse array of investment mandates and various sectors. In 2023 Anna took on an Investment role for the region, while continuing her Pan European Asset Management coordination. Anna is an active member of the European Investment Committee and European Executive Council. For the last 5 years, Anna has been a mentor in the Invesco Global Mentorship Program for Women. In July 2024 she was appointed a member of the Executive Committee for the Urban Land Institute in Europe, having already served as their Global Governing Trustee.

The “ProfiRAKtyka with Globalworth” event is an initiative created out of a collaboration between Globalworth and the Fundacja Onkologiczna Rakiety. The goal of the event was to promote cancer prevention for women and men. Over the course of - October and November 2023- in four cities in Poland - Wroclaw, Warsaw, Krakow and Katowice, more than 1,000 participants actively took part in the action! The huge interest shown in participation in the workshops on self-examination, webinars or preventive examinations shows how important the topic of prevention and early detection of diseases is becoming in society. Strong interest in the mammography program for ages 35 and over - launched specifically for the “ProfiRAKtyka with Globalworth” event in which 250 women where examined and 200 vouchers for PSA marker tests for men where distributed.
