Welcome to the Eurobuild Awards 2025 competition and the 15th Eurobuild Gala Dinner & Awards!

COMPETITION

The JURY AWARDS competition has an open format, allowing participants in the commercial real estate market to submit their nominations via this website in the Awards section. Submissions for projects and companies will be accepted from July 1st to October 15th.

JURY

The competition jury consists of leading real estate experts. There is no grand jury; instead, each category has its own panel of professionals with in-depth knowledge of that specific sector or field.

Applications to join the Eurobuild Awards 2025 jury can be submitted through this website in the JURY section from July 1st to October 15th.

GALA EVENING

The event brings together hundreds of executives and professionals from across the Polish and CEE commercial real estate sector, offering a unique opportunity to network with industry leaders, connect with clients old and new, and enhance brand visibility.

During the dinner, we will reveal the winners of the 2025 Awards, celebrating the major achievements that have significantly contributed to our industry.

Date: December 4th, 2025 (Tuesday)
Venue: DoubleTree by Hilton, ul. Skalnicowa 21 (Wawer district), Warsaw

Evening Schedule:

18:00 – Welcome Drink (Foyer) – During the reception, you will be served Perelada Cava Brut.
20:00 – Awards Ceremony (Ballroom)
23:00 – After-Party (Foyer, Ballroom)

You will be welcomed by the editors-in-chief of EurobuildCEE monthly: Anna Korólczyk-Lewandowska and Nathan North, as well as Anna Pelczarska, the Director of Eurobuild Conferences.

The gala will be hosted by a renowned television presenter.

Charity

The Eurobuild Awards Gala is a unique event where real estate professionals have the opportunity to help those in need. The funds raised will be donated to the Iskierka Foundation.

Eurobuild Conferences encourage support in three ways:
✔️ Taking part in a silent auction for a bottle of wine donated by Robert Mielżyński
✔️ Purchasing a charity ticket for 100 zł, which enters you into a surprise lottery from the Prize Donors

Evening attire (black tie/evening dress)
