1. JLL's office in Warsaw. Interim Certificate - Very Good. This is the first BREEAM certification in Poland for office fit-out.
2. Green certification of Karolkowa Business Park in Warsaw. BREEAM In - Use Part 1- Asset Performance – Very Good level.
3. Recertification of Rondo 1 in Warsaw. This flagship scheme was the first building in Poland to receive LEED Platinum certification under the LEED Building Operations and Maintenance rating system.
4. Double green certification of Concept Tower in Warsaw. This is the first office building in Poland to achieve both BREEAM and LEED certificates.

JLL excels in pioneering projects – its exemplary achievements are the LEED certification of Zebra Tower - the first newly constructed office building with LEED and the first LEED Core&Shell in Poland, the first Platinum LEED recertification (Rondo 1), the first double certification in Poland (Concept Tower), and the first BREEAM for office fit out (JLL's new headquarters in Warsaw Spire). JLL bases its CSR strategy on solutions that aim to increase the ecological awareness among its employees and the tenants of properties managed by the company across Poland.
