Gdanski Business Centre has been developed on a previously neglected site of a former bus depot nearby the Dworzec Gdanski metro station, at the intersection of Andersa and Inflancka streets. Buildings C and D were put into use in H1 2016. Due to its skillful mix of high quality office space, a wider range of amenities and easy access to public transport, as well as its state-of-the-art architecture, the complex became an important and sustainable element of the contemporary landscape of Muranów district in Warsaw. The entire scheme (incuding buildings A and B sold by HB Reavis in September 2016) is now one of the largest and most accessible office investments in Warsaw.

BREEAM “Excellent”: GBC is equipped with a rainwater harvesting system. The building is also furnished with LED lighting which, in addition to motion detectors and dusk sensors, makes it possible to significantly reduce energy consumption, and thus service charges. Functionality
Apart from high-quality and flexible offices, a universally accessible recreational area was created around GBC. The ground floor of all buildings of the complex houses cafés and restaurants with additional space for a summer garden.
The technical systems and innovations to improve office working conditions/comfort
The highest security level is ensured by computerized equipment control systems. To increase levels of comfort for workers inside the building, openable windows letting in fresh air have been installed, as well as the central HVAC system including humidity control and individual temperature control.
