visio architects and consultants is the first company in Poland focusing on sustainable consulting in all 5 major multi-criteria rating systems : LEED, BREEAM, DGNB, HQE and WELL. visio is also working on sustainable architecture, green product consulting and corporate green training. Recently visio was working on green product cards - making intelligent choice about sustainable products even more user-friendly for all participants of the design and construction process.
Acquired multiple accreditation among visio team members allows to undertake new sustainable challenges for new group of the clients seeking french hqe or american well certification.

Now consulting (and designing) in all 5 major multi-criteria rating systems : LEED, BREEAM, DGNB, HQE and WELL.
LEED Commercial Interior (LEED AP ID+C) and WELL accreditation allows our team also focus on the building interior and building user taking care about most important and recent topics such as human health, well being and comfort.

MARS factory extension in Sochaczew- in September 2016 received the highest LEED Platinum certification score in Poland (and the 5th worldwide) among LEED industrial manufacturing buildings.
CD & Shop Drawings set of architectural project for Chrobry City Park was completed in September 2016 for City of Gliwice and MZUK Gliwice.
Projects in progress
Other sustainable consulting projects in progress include: GOVERNORS office in Krakow, UTC Goodrich (factory and office extension) in Rzeszów, Baltic Park Molo - RADISSON BLU Resort in Świnoujście, private guesthouse GREEN LOFT in Gliwice, HENKEL factory and administrative building in Racibórz or SUPERIOR office building for SUPERKRAK in Kraków.
