The transaction is succesful sale of last Polish asset in Tristan's EPISO fund and a proof of succesful investment programme realised by the fund. Jantar has been acquired as a 22,000 sqm centre and consecutively redeveloped into 43,000 sqm regional scheme attracting prime Polish and international retailers. CBRE Global Investors acquired a well establishe and stabilised centre, which ideally fit requirement as a first investment for Nationale Netherlanden account.
